So we have been a little busy the past few months during these crazy times!  From figuring out this 'Rona mess, navigating "masks-are-a-must" vacations, torn muscles and kidney stones, we still managed to be blessed with an extraordinary year so far.  

On top of all of that, we expanded to the Upstate Region and Midlands of South Carolina along with the Piedmont Region of North Carolina.  We have been serving clients and making new friends from Greenville, Columbia, Lincolnton, Charlotte, Albemarle, Rutherfordton and beyond!  We also continue to explode along the SC & NC coast. There are so many new families moving here from other areas of the United States.  Can you really blame them though?  It's the best place EVER!

It is still Homeland's main core value to help anyone and everyone achieve home ownership. We have been working with some clients for six months or better helping them position themselves to buy.... and we love it!   With interest rates at historical lows, now is the time to make the leap!
