Some People Just Need A High Five- In The Face- With A Chair...

Kidding.  Y’all know us better than to talk like that. But for real.  How often have we heard ....

You know?  Bless.

Zillow even defines their Zestimate as ....”The Zestimate® home valuation is Zillow's estimated market value, computed using a proprietary formula. It is not an appraisal. It is a starting point in determining a home's value. The Zestimate is calculated from public and user-submitted data, taking into account special features, location, and market conditions. We encourage buyers, sellers, and homeowners to supplement Zillow's information by doing other research such as:
  • Getting a comparative market analysis (CMA) from a real estate agent.....”

Stop. Right. There.

Even Zillow tellls you to seek a professional.  They “encourage” it.

If you are relying solely on the Zestimate to decide what you should charge for your home you may be leaving a lot of money on the table. We love how easy Zillow has made it for homeowners to sell their houses. But as Realtors® who has helped dozens of families get the best price seeing the “Zestimates” makes us cringe.

Selling your home is a big deal.  Why would you seek advise from an internet company that doesn't know anything about your Property?  Your State? Your County? Your City? Your Street?   That's like ordering a shirt that you find on one of those Facebook Ad Clothing Stores that take 4 weeks to get to you that ends up looking like a pop-up tent instead of a "tunic". Catch Our Drift?

When you are in the market to sell, just call us.  Homeland Realty Group will show you how hiring a Realtor® can help you not leave money on the table and subject yourself to situtations that only a real estate professional can advise you on. We will leave Zillow in their lane and utilize them for what they are good for, showing your property is for sale..... listed by Homeland Realty Group.  heart
